LEADERS IN WORKER SAFETY
Along with regular site inspections, exposure sampling, and training, we take proactive safety measures to prevent problems before they arise. We also investigate every incident, no matter how small, to mitigate risk of injury. Our team attends regular meetings with the Construction Safety Roundtable of Eastern Massachusetts (CSE-EM). We also sit on the Utility Contractors’ Association of New England (UCANE) Safety Committee and participate in numerous industry safety events throughout the year.
OUR COMMITMENT TO EDUCATION
Our team regularly participates in industry training opportunities that strengthen jobsite knowledge and operational safety. Most recently, members of our crew attended Michelin’s Earthmover Tire Seminar in Greenville, where they gained valuable insight into tire maintenance, wear patterns, performance, and the role tire selection and site conditions play in fuel efficiency, production, and overall fleet costs. The experience also included a visit to Laurens Proving Grounds, where real-world tire testing demonstrated how durability and performance are validated under extreme conditions.
