180 CityPoint will be home to startups and established companies in the life sciences and biotechnology industry. The six-story building will feature lab and office space along with over 19,000 square feet of amenities.

The scope of work for this project includes demolition, drilling, blasting, and mass excavation. In addition to excavating 125,000 cubic yards of soil and blast rock, our team will prepare the foundation for the new office building and parking garage, which will have a combined footprint of 75,000 square feet.
We will also install utilities, including over a mile of water, sewer, and drain piping and 62 enterprise architecture structures. Our soil management operation will involve moving 7,600 trailer loads of fill and blast rock. We will also import 3,000 trailer loads of gravel and sand aggregate for backfilling and grading.
