The scope of work for this project includes developing a 35,000-square-foot residence with 11 individual townhouses. It also involves constructing new infrastructure consisting of roads, parking areas, and green spaces. Finally, the scope includes nearly three miles of utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage piping. This will require blasting and excavating over 60,000 cubic yards of rock with cuts up to 41 feet deep.
